Raj possesses over 25years of upstream engineering design and operating experience over the entire lifecycle (including Appraise / Select, FEED, Detailed Design & Operate phases) of major capital projects in technical leadership roles (Lead Process Engineer, Lead / Process Technical Authority, Project Engineering Manager, Process & Technical Safety Manager and Head of Topsides Engineering) for international & private-equity backed exploration and production companies, in addition to global Tier 1 EPCM contractors and consultancies.

Dr Misra has delivered major upstream projects for BP, Repsol and Petrogas, whilst also leading multi-disciplinary engineering teams for Wood, Amec / Worley and a range of upstream consultancies. He brings a wealth of technical experience and operational capability to Dragol ERL regarding developing upstream prospects, whilst also ensuring sustained production under the premise of maximising operational uptime. He is driven to delivering sector-leading performance in order to further enhance West Africa’s role in the global energy landscape.
