His career spans the full project lifecycle—from Appraisal through to Operations Handover—having held roles in project engineering and project management, including oversight of budgets exceeding $500 million in the North Sea.

Obinna has delivered high-impact projects for major operators including BP, Shell, and Petrogas, delivering scopes ranging from early-phase field development to execution of large-scale greenfield initiatives. With a strong track record in stakeholder engagement, he has successfully navigated regulatory, HSE, and community interfaces to ensure safe project delivery with minimal environmental impact.

He has also worked with leading EPCM contractors such as Wood and Fugro, where he provided hands-on engineering project management to deliver sustained production and operational efficiency.
