Leonard has joined Dragol as an Executive Director. He has over 18 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, with roles in operations, engineering, business development, and sales. His work has spanned regions such as Africa, the Middle East, and North America, including countries like Nigeria, Equatorial Guinea, South Africa, Ghana, Côte d’Ivoire, Cameroon, Gabon, Congo, Senegal, the UAE, and the United States.

Leonard’s background includes expertise in Completion and Wellbore Intervention (and Well Engineering), focusing on the design, execution, and field supervision of various well completion projects. In his role as a Senior Completions Engineer, he provides advisory and consulting services to marginal E&P operators in Nigeria, supporting well solutions that include sand control, single-string, dual-string, selective, and intelligent completions.

He holds a B.Eng. in Petroleum Engineering from the Federal University of Technology, Owerri (FUTO) and an MBA from Walden University. Leonard has also completed several programs related to technical, leadership, and business management. He is also a member of Nigerian Society of Engineers.
